CLEVER EUROPEAN BUSINESS S.L, with Tax ID B65291569 and registered address at Calle Gran Via 25, 08600 Berga, Barcelona, is the owner of the Salesly registered trademark. By using the services offered under the Salesly brand, the user accepts the following terms and conditions.

CLEVER EUROPEAN BUSINESS S.L reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be notified at least 15 days in advance to active users. Modifications will be published on the salesly.app website, and continued use of Salesly services after such modifications will imply acceptance of the new conditions.

1. Registration and Account

To use Salesly services, the user must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate and truthful information, including a valid email address. It is the user's responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their account and password. CLEVER EUROPEAN BUSINESS S.L is not responsible for any misuse of the account caused by the user's negligence in protecting their access information.

2. Contract Types and Pricing

By subscribing to a Salesly plan, the user agrees that payments are made in advance, i.e., before enjoying the corresponding services. The pricing and limits of each plan are specified on the pricing page of our website. CLEVER EUROPEAN BUSINESS S.L reserves the right to modify pricing, and any changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance.

3. Payment and Access

CLEVER EUROPEAN BUSINESS S.L will automatically charge the user the amount corresponding to their plan via the bank card provided. By subscribing to Salesly, the user agrees that renewals are automatic until the subscription is cancelled from their user profile. Payments are non-refundable, except in the cases specified in the refund policy. In case of non-payment, access to services will be suspended and user data may be deleted after 30 days.

4. Service Modifications

CLEVER EUROPEAN BUSINESS S.L reserves the right to modify or temporarily or permanently suspend Salesly services without prior notice. Users will be notified of any changes in pricing or service conditions.

5. Cancellation and Termination

Users may cancel their account at any time from the user profile section. After cancellation, data will be deleted within 30 days, unless the user requests immediate deletion in accordance with the GDPR right to erasure. CLEVER EUROPEAN BUSINESS S.L reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account that violates these terms of use.

6. Intellectual Property

CLEVER EUROPEAN BUSINESS S.L holds all intellectual property rights related to Salesly, including software, graphics and any associated content. Users may not copy, modify, distribute or use Salesly elements without prior written authorisation from CLEVER EUROPEAN BUSINESS S.L.

7. Limitation of Liability

CLEVER EUROPEAN BUSINESS S.L shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage that may arise from the use of Salesly services. In case of dissatisfaction, the user's sole remedy shall be to stop using the services and cancel their account.

8. Security and Privacy

CLEVER EUROPEAN BUSINESS S.L guarantees that users' personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable privacy regulations, including the GDPR. User data is hosted on secure servers within the European Union. All employees and partners of CLEVER EUROPEAN BUSINESS S.L have signed confidentiality agreements to protect data privacy. Refund Policy

1. Monthly Subscriptions

All new Salesly users, provided by CLEVER EUROPEAN BUSINESS S.L, have a 14-day free trial period. If, within this period, the user is not satisfied with the services, no charge will be made. At the end of the 14-day trial, if the user continues using the service and the first monthly subscription payment is made, no refunds will be offered for unused months.

2. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, all new Salesly users have a 14-day free trial period. If within this period the user is not satisfied with the service, no charge will be made. Once this trial period has ended and the first annual subscription payment has been made, no partial refunds will be offered for the unused time of the subscription.

3. Automatic Renewal

Salesly subscriptions are automatically renewed until cancelled by the user. To avoid automatic renewal, the user must cancel the subscription before the renewal date. In case of automatic renewal, the user has a 7-day window to request a full refund if they do not wish to continue with the service.

4. Exceptions to the Refund Policy

Refund requests will not be accepted for users who have breached the terms and conditions of use, leading to the suspension or cancellation of their account.
